Note that submission abstracts are limited to 300 words, and authors should submit no more than three papers as a first author. Other "Frequently Asked Questions" regarding the submission process can be found HERE
When you are ready to submit, access, or edit a proposal for the conference you will want to visit the All Academic Submission System and carefully follow the instructions below.
To retrive your login information:
Follow this link to the All Academic Submission System.
If you are already a SCRA member, you are already entered into the system. Use the "Click here to retrieve your password or user name" link and enter your email address to retrieve login information.
[NOTE, this username and password is NOT necessarily the same as your login for the SCRA website or SCRA Member Center.]
ALSO NOTE: if for some reason you get the message "no person with this email in the system" you will need to create a new account.]
If you are NOT a SCRA member, use the "Click here to create a new user name and password" link to set up a new account. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE!
Once you have your login information, please closely follow the instructions below to submit your proposal.
To submit your proposal:
You will enter the user name and password to login to the All Academic Submission System and click Please do NOT click on "create a new account" (since this will lead to double-scheduling and the inability to access all your submissions). If you lose your login information, click on "Click here to retrieve your password or user name" under Login Instructions.
Once you are logged in, click "submit a new proposal" to begin the submission process.
Select your proposal type (Poster, Symposium, Round Table, Town Meeting, Workshop) and complete the information on the following screen.
Whenever including a co-author/presenter, first search for the name, to avoid creating a duplicate account. For larger sessions, such as symposia, you will want to have co-presenter contact information if co-presenters are not in the system. You will also want to have any additional presentation titles and abstracts handy.
If you have any difficulties using the proposal system, please contact email@example.com
