This letter politely but firmly challenges the APA's position on psychologists' involvement in interrogations and detainee treatment, and exposes just how far the APA's position is from the ethical standards of other psychological and health professional organizations, here and abroad.

This letter politely but firmly challenges the APA's position on psychologists' involvement in interrogations and detainee treatment, and exposes just how far the APA's position is from the ethical standards of other psychological and health professional organizations, here and abroad.

Please read and circulate this letter widely. It is very specific as to just what is problematic in the APA's position and how much the APA needs to do to re-align itself with the ethics of health professionals worldwide.
