The 15th Biennial Conference on Community Research and Action
Every meeting room will be equipped with a projector, screen, and PC-compatible dongle, but NOT with a computer. If your session requires audiovisual capability, please coordinate with your session co-participants and arrange to bring at least one PC laptop per session. If you bring a newer laptop with HDMI or digital video output only, you will need a dongle to adapt over to VGA. And if you bring a Mac, you will also need to bring along a dongle to output video to 15-pin VGA to the projectors. If you have questions, please contact John Morrison, John Morrison, ICC Audio Visual Coordinator, at 978-934-6938 (office), 978-848-8771 (cell), or Morrison-John@aramark.com.
Note to roundtable participants: Unless you are scheduled in a separate room, you will NOT have audiovisual capability. If you are scheduled in the Junior Ballroom, you will be scheduled for one of up to 8-10 concurrent sessions around tables (assigned numbers correspond to table numbers).
All posters should be the standard size of 3’ x 4’.
