The 2nd Northwest ECO/Community Psychology Conference will provide a forum for the diverse and interdisciplinary work of scholars, teachers, students, and practitioners engaged in community research and action throughout the region.  The emphasis for the meeting is on developing, sharing, and supporting community-based work in all stages of development, from work in progress to completed projects.

Proposals are encouraged in a variety of formats (e.g., posters (new!), symposia, roundtable, individual papers, innovative formats). Individual papers will be scheduled for 30 minutes; symposia and roundtables will be scheduled for 90 minutes. All presentation formats should allow ample time for discussion with the audience.

Proposal submissions should include the following components:

  1. Completed proposal cover sheet (pdf)
  2. Abstract (300 word limit) that outlines key goals for the project
(research, action, and/or learning goals), methods for achieving
those goals, initial understandings (findings, outcomes,
conclusions), and remaining questions and dilemmas that you
wish to pose for discussion by participants
