Q: What should I do if I forgot my password and the reset link isn't working?

A: Contact us at infoscra@scra27.org. Please DO NOT create another profile.

Q: My membership is in a grace period or has lapsed and I can't renew my membership when I try to log in from the SCRA website. 

A: A renewal notification email indicating that your membership is either in a grace period or has lapsed was sent to the email address on your SCRA membership profile. You may only renew from either of the links provided in that email. 

Q: What forms of payment does SCRA accept?

A: We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and checks.

Check payments should be made out to Div. 27 – SCRA. Please make sure that the Member’s name and Invoice number are included
