ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - INDUSTRIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY, DePaul University - Chicago, IL

The Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology Program at DePaul University, seeks a tenure-track Assistant Professor to begin September 2015. Competitive candidates will have a Ph.D. in IO psychology, a strong research record, and evidence of, or potential for, teaching and mentoring excellence. The specific area of research interest is open, although teaching interests in Leadership, Measurement (Psychometrics) or quantitative methods are desired. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a highly productive research program, teach undergraduate and graduate courses in IO psychology and quantitative methods, and direct graduate student research. DePaul's IO Psychology Program has a tradition of excellence in research, teaching, and professional service to the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. There are currently four IO faculty members with a wide range of research interests. Faculty and students are also engaged in the American Psychological Association, the Association for Psychological Science and the Chicago I-O Psychologists organization (two faculty are past-presidents of CIOP). In addition to our research-focused doctoral program, we have a combined BA/MS program in IO and an undergraduate IO concentration.
